Season exercises: Late summer – Spleen (in Swedish)

Referring to the philosophy of Chinese medicine, the late summer period corresponds to the element of Earth which represents the Spleen in our body. During late summer, an imbalance in the spleen can give rise to worry and stress in the face of upcoming challenges after the holiday, as well as a deterioration of the immune system. Now the spleen is amenable to rehabilitation in order to improve function and capacity.

Referring to the philosophy of Chinese medicine, the summer period corresponds to the element Fire which represents the heart in our body, so the heart is extra active right now. This warm time may make the heart amenable to rehabilitation to improve function and capacity.
