Bronze Retreat – 1 day

Retreat from stress and everyday life and enjoy the tranquility of the temple environment. Qigong and meditation are practiced according to schedule and can be completed by anyone. Enjoy well-composed, good and fully vegetarian food, which is also designed to strengthen you. Feel free to take a walk in the beautiful nature that surrounds Yangtorp. During your stay, you also have the opportunity to stay in the peaceful Chinese Health Center. Here you can take a detox bath in our infrared sauna or meditate with a view of the Chinese garden.

The following are included:

• All qigong classes and meditations

• Entrance to the relaxation section of the Chinese Health Center

• Free access to water, tea and fruit in the relaxation area

• Bathrobe, towel and slippers (bring your own swimwear if you wish to take a sauna)

• Lunch

If dinner is desired after check-out, it can be booked for SEK 150 (drinks not included).
