De Rui Qigong Part 2 is a full-day course in self-treatment. With a combination of breathing, meditation and acupressure exercises, you learn to strengthen the energy and improve its flow in the body. Acupressure uses the same points along the bodys meridians as acupuncture, but stimulates with pressure instead of needles. Together with the exercises from De Rui Qigong 1, the acupressure system is a truly powerful tool.
Lunch is not included in the price, but can be booked (price SEK 150).
